Any sale from Locoworks.co.uk is subject to the following terms and
conditions. Namely, that the products purchased will be used in
accordance with the instructions provided, will only be used for the
purpose described to enhance model locomotives or railways. Will not be
given to young children (including the packaging) and will be used with
care, as some products contain slightly sharp edges or pipework. Our
products are for adult modellers only. Making a purchase with us
through the website, email or telephone is on the understanding that you
as the purchaser will conform to these requirements in full. We can
accept no responsibility for misuse or injury as a result of making a
purchase of our products.
From time to time we may alter the specification of products to update them and alter pricing if our suppliers etc increase costs.
We hope you are delighted with your products purchased, but for any reason you need to return them the following returns procedure applies.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, an order can be cancelled in writing within seven working days of delivery if boxed with all original packaging, unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be provided less the cost of carriage.
